Annapurna region trekking is one of the most popular trekking destination among the tourists. Trekking in this region offers a beautiful view of mountain ranges like, Annapurna range, Mt. Macchapuchre, Mt. Dhaulagiri. This trek also offers a beautiful view of landscapes.

With the natural diversity, this region has a lots more to offer. During the trek, you will be able to see different animals, birds, flora and faunas like musk deer, snow leopard, pheasant, pine trees, etc.

You will be able to come close to the tradition of the local people. Mostly, Sherpa people lives here. You will be able to know about the culture and lifestyle of the local Sherpa people.

You will be able to see monasteries, chortens, mani walls, and prayers wheels which are very historic and old.



Day via day Itinerary:

Day 01:
Arrival day in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be hearty welcomed by our staffs.  After completion of airport duties (visas, documents, etc.), you will proceed towards the arrival gate and look for our representatives.  After that, you will be escorted to Shankar Hotel.

After checking in, you can take rest for few hours and go out for sightseeing with our guide or representatives.  We will organize a typical Nepali welcome dinner at the evening along with Nepali traditional dance and music.

Day 02:
Kathmandu – Trek preparation.  

After finishing breakfast, we start our day with sightseeing some local historical and cultural attractions near Kathmandu including durbar square and temples like Pashupatinath, Baudha, and Swyambhu (monkey temple).  At afternoon, we will meet our tour guide, team leader, and other members of our trip and discuss about the trek where you can ask any questions regarding this trek.

Day 03:
Kathmandu to Pokhara:

Early morning we will drive to Pokhara.  During 6 hours of drive, we will see green hills, mountains in the distance and rivers.  After six hours, we will reach Pokhara.  Pokhara Valley offers beautiful view of mountains and lakes.  We can enjoy our leisure time roaming around the valley.  Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 04:
Drive to Dhampus Phedi and trek to Tolka:

We will drive up to Dhampus Phedi and start trek up to reach Tolka.  Trail is slight uphill up to Deurali Pass.  View of Pokhara and Annapurna from this point is simply amazing.  We will now descend to reach Tolka.  We will get a beautiful view of Annapurna South, Macchapuchre, etc. from Tolka.  Overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 05:
Tolka to Ghandruk:

Today, we will trek in an open area.  As the area is open, we will get a good view of the mountain range.  We will walk through green lands and forests.  After 5 hours of walking uphill, we will now reach Ghandruk, a small village with Gurung settlement.  Interacting with people will give you a chance to know now more about their culture and lifestyle.  To know more about their culture, there is a Gurung museum in the village where you can get more information.  Overnight stay at a lodge.

Day 06:
Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara:

We will enjoy the beautiful village of Ghandruk.  We will interact with the local people and know about their rituals and customs.  We will go for some sightseeing in the village.  After enjoying the beautiful village and its surrounding, we now trek down to reach Nayapul.  We will take a stone steps and walk through green lands to reach Nayapul.  From Nayapul, we will take a vehicle to reach Pokhara.  Overnight stay at lodge.

Day 07:
Pokhara to Kathmandu:

After finishing breakfast, we catch a bus to reach Kathmandu which is about 200 km drive.  We can enjoy beautiful scenery on the way back.  It will take about 4 to 5 hours to reach Kathmandu.  Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel and rest.  After rest and lunch you can enjoy your free time shopping handicrafts and other local products for your friends and relatives back to your home.  Or you can even do some sightseeing in your leisure time.  In the evening, we will have dinner together and share our experience about the trekking.

Day 08:
Chhomrong to Bamboo (2310 m):

Today, we will trek through small stone steps which leads up to Chhomrong Khola.  We will cross this river through suspension bridge.  Trail is uphill to reach Sinuwa.  Trail then pass through forest.  From there, it is easy downhill walk to reach Bamboo.  Overnight stay at lodge.

Day 09:
Final day:

Final departure:  Today will be your last day here in Nepal.  You can still do some last moment shopping or local sightseeing if there is any leisure time left.  And approximately 3 hours before scheduled flight, our representative will escort you to the airport.
