Panchase Trek (10 days)

This Panchase Trek is one of the easy and short trek route.  You do not have to worry about the altitude sickness in this trek as you will only climb up to 2000 m high.  So no need to acclimatize while trekking.

Trekking trail follows through different villages with people of different ethnic groups.  You will get a chance to experience the culture and lifestyle of the local people there.  You will be impressed by the hospitality and warm welcome of the local people there.

 This trek offers a panoramic view of mountain ranges like Annapurna range, Macchapuchhre, Lamjung, Dhaulagiri, etc.


Along with the cultural diversity, this trek also offers various natural diversity.  You will see lush green paddy field and pasture in the low altitude to pine trees and rhododendron forest in high altitude.

During this trek, you will also see different animals and different species of big and small birds.

Due to less crowd of trekkers in this route, you can enjoy peaceful and beautiful view of the nature.




Day via day Itinerary:

Day 01:
Arrival day in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be hearty welcomed by our staffs.  After completion of airport duties (visas, documents, etc.), you will proceed towards the arrival gate and look for our representatives.  After that, you will be escorted to Shankar Hotel.

After checking in, you can take rest for few hours and go out for sightseeing with our guide or representatives.  We will organize a typical Nepali welcome dinner at the evening along with Nepali traditional dance and music.

Day 02:
Kathmandu – Trek preparation.  

After finishing breakfast, we start our day with sightseeing some local historical and cultural attractions near Kathmandu including durbar square and temples like Pashupatinath, Baudha, and Swyambhu (monkey temple).  At afternoon, we will meet our tour guide, team leader, and other members of our trip and discuss about the trek where you can ask any questions regarding this trek.

Day 03:
Kathmandu to Pokhara:

Early morning we will drive to Pokhara.  During 6 hours of drive, we will see green hills, mountains in the distance and rivers.  After six hours, we will reach Pokhara.  Pokhara Valley offers beautiful view of mountains and lakes.  We can enjoy our leisure time roaming around the valley.  Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 04:
Pokhara to Bhumdi (1650 m):

Today, we will drive up to Thado Khola via Davis Fall.  Enjoying the beautiful view on the way, we reach Thado Khola.  From there, we start our trekking through green fields and forests.   We will trek on rocky trail to reach Bhumdi today.  Overnight stay at Bhumdi.

Day 05: Bhumdi to Panchase (2030 m):

We will start our trek in the morning.  If the weather is good, we can enjoy beautiful view of the surroundings.  Trail pass through forests and fields.  After few hours of walking, we reach Panchase.  There are few settlements in this village.  We can interact with the local people there are know about their culture and lifestyle.  Overnight stay at Panchase.

Day 06: Panchase to Bhadaure (1965 m):

Today, from Panchase you will climb up to Panchase peak (2500 m).  From here, you will get good view of sunrise if you go there early in the morning.  Also, you will get a good view of mountain ranges.  After enjoy the view, we will descend down to reach Bhadaure.  Today’s trail is easy to walk on.  With the views of villages and mountains, we reach our destination after few hours of walking.  Bhadaure is a village where there are different people of different ethnic groups.  So, we will see mix culture in this village.  Overnight stay at Bhadaure.

Day 07: Bhadaure to Sarangkot (1550 m):

We will trek today to reach Sarangkot today.  It will take about 5 hours to reach there.  Walking through green fields, terraces, and with beautiful view of mountains in the front, we reach Sarangkot.  It is one of the famous view point of Pokhara.  From here, we can get good view of sunrise and good view of Pokhara valley.  Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 08: Sarangkot to Pokhara (830 m):

Today, we will drive to reach Pokhara.  It will take about 30 minutes to reach Pokhara up from Sarangkot.  After reaching Pokhara, we can do some sightseeing there and roam around the streets and lake side of the valley.  Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 09:  Pokhara to Kathmandu:

After finishing breakfast, we catch a bus to reach Kathmandu which is about 200 km drive.  We can enjoy beautiful scenery on the way back.  It will take about 4 to 5 hours to reach Kathmandu.  Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel and rest.  After rest and lunch you can enjoy your free time shopping handicrafts and other local products for your friends and relatives back to your home.  Or you can even do some sightseeing in your leisure time.  In the evening, we will have dinner together and share our experience about the trekking.

Day 10:  Final day:

Final departure:  Today will be your last day here in Nepal.  You can still do some last moment shopping or local sightseeing if there is any leisure time left.  And approximately 3 hours before scheduled flight, our representative will escort you to the airport.
